Southern Round 6 - Pippingford, East Sussex

Getting back from our training camp 2am in the morning and then travelling down to east Sussex is surely a sign of dedication of the highest order, but when two overall series positions are up for grabs it must be worthwhile... surely!

A very tired Ben and Nat took to the start line of the final race in the regional Southern series and with eyes half closed and aching legs still produced a 2nd and 4th place respectively on a course which will now host the National Championships following the change from Alton in Hampshire.

This gave the boys what they wanted with Ben taking the series win and Nat finishing in 3rd. Fantastic results and a well deserved trophy for them both after a long hard series. They will certainly sleep well tonight!
