Gorrick Round 3 - Crowthorne Wood, Crowthorne

While some of the team were away in Cyprus Nat and Alex went to get some early season racing in at round three of the Gorrick series. For Nat it was some more racing as he builds towards his first season as a Junior and for Alex it marked a return to racing after an operation to remove his appendix on New Years day.

Nat had a superb race finishing 8th amongst a field of older riders in the Sport category. His lap times remained consistent and fast and he looked strong for the entire race giving him much encouragement for the season ahead.

Alex started his racing comeback by entering into the open field to ease himself back into the swing of racing. He did so by finishing 6th fastest and matching the lap times of the leading Youth riders! Alex will now look forward to his next race safe in the knowledge that his form is already well on its way to being back to his best.

Both riders had a fantastic day and can be proud of a solid outting as we head towards the first National race in April.
