Orange Monkey agree new sponsors for 2009

Orange Monkey are delighted to announce their all new line up of sponsors for 2009.

Since the team started back in 2004, we have been constantly striving to improve in all areas as we aim higher and higher with the long term goal of a world cup team.

We are fortunate enough to be in the position to announce a whole host of new and exciting partnerships for 2009 and are already itching to get the new season underway.

The team will ride Cannondale bikes next year as part of a project involving Heales Cycles. After doing our homework we are sure we have found the perfect brand. The new technology and designs show that Cannondale are at the top of the pile and with their lefty fork, match the Orange Monkey way of thinking... be different, stand out!

Heales Cycles will be our primary sponsor for 2009 and provide the stable, organised influence that has made us stop and take note. The bike shop, located in Highams Park, London are a class above any other and we are excited at the prospect of a long and successful partnership.

Pyreneescycling.com are another exciting sponsor. They accomodate both road and off-road cyclists in the beatuiful location of Les Sorbiers providing transfers, food, accomodation and guiding to their guests. We will soon be taking a look for ourselves at this scenic part of the world and reporting back on what we can already forsee as being a truly wonderful biking holiday.

The new website, cycleNoodle.com will also be on our list of sponsors this year. The new website is provides a place for riders from all disciplines to send in there media, such as pictures, race reports, routes and trails plus news, classifieds, a forum and more. The website also provides a top class directory for riders to find what they are looking for and businesses to gain more exposure.

Another new addition is Schwalbe tyres. We have done extensive research into tyres and decided that this brand simply cannot be beaten. They provide every tread you need, are very lightweight and above all are a quality product who are constantly striving to better themselves with new technology.

Jim Walker will be another new addition along with Northwave shoes and DeFeet socks as we look to improve the overall image of the team. Both of these products are top class and are provided through Jim Walker, who are the most reputable distributor in the UK with a long line of top quality brands to their name.

In addition to these new exciting sponsors we are also delighted to have Torq, Joolze Dymond and Bio-Racer with us for 2009. These sponsors have been invaulable to us over the last 2 - 3 years and we cant thank them enough.

This overall package now allows us to focus on the season ahead with a real sense of optimism that we have the right equipment to do the job and with our dedicated athletes we see a very successful season in waiting.

The team also have a new kit in the pipeline thanks to Bio-Racer and with their new logo, new look and new image, 2009 is set to be our best year yet!
